 Sunday, August 7: Back to School Sunday

A Meadows annual favorite, where we take a significant portion of our Sunday services and pray an individual blessing over every student, teacher, and administrator. A great day to invite a friend! Mark your calendars!

 Monday, August 14: CRAVE Women's Gathering

The Meadows Ladies Ministry will be welcoming Ignite Life Ministries as we host monthly CRAVE Gatherings. Similar to the Ladies Connect model, Crave Gatherings bring women around a table to hear a teaching, unpack Scripture, and discuss life together. It's only $5 a meeting, coffee and snacks included!

This Sunday, we'll continue our series on Philippians: Confidence in Christ.

Last week, we saw not only the unique circumstances surrounding the beginning of the church in Philippi, but how Paul wanted to update them on his current reality: living in a dungeon in chains. His way of seeing things, reconciling them, and seeing God in action, was an encouragement to them then and us today.

Chapter 2 shows us how we live this new perspective out. We need space and support to grow in our confidence in Christ. This space is called the church!
