WHAT WE BELIEVE

Our Essential Doctrines

We believe that God is a three-person being: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
2 Corinthians 13:14

We believe that God is unparalleled in His goodness, holiness, justice, kindness, and grace. He is a good Father!
1 Timothy 4:4, 1 Samuel 2:2

We believe that Jesus is God’s only Son, that He was born of a virgin, is fully God and fully man, lived a perfect life, died a sinless death on the cross, was Resurrected on the third day, and ascended to the Father.
1 Corinthians 15:3-4

We believe that Jesus is the only way to the Father, the only One who can bring salvation.
John 14:6

We believe that humans were created in the image of God, but fell from perfection and relationship with God by voluntary disobedience.
Romans 5:12

We believe that while we were still sinners Christ died on our behalf, for all of our sins: past, present and future. This is a gift, received by grace through faith.
Romans 5:8

We believe that the Bible is God's Word, and not only contains truth but is truth.

We believe that our love for God is shown in our obedience to His Word.
James 1:22

We believe the Holy Spirit is the Person who glorifies Christ in us, equips and enables us, and gives us the ability to serve and share the Gospel with others.

We believe that it is the will of God for believers to be led and empowered daily by the Holy Spirit.
Ephesians 4:30-32

We believe that spiritual fruit, such as love, joy, and peace, is evidence of a Spirit-filled life.
Galatians 5:22

We believe that the Holy Spirit distributes supernatural abilities to Christians as He wills.
1 Corinthians 12:1-11

We believe that God calls people to minister as He pleases, and that because of Christ, all are eligible for that call regardless of gender, age, race, or any other external markers.
Galatians 3:26-29

We believe that a believer's daily walk and experience should never lead into extremes of fanaticism.
Philippians 4:5

We believe that the blood of Jesus affords us divine healing personally, emotionally, and physically, as God wills.
